In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that operational support services function effectively in daily work. You will work closely with suppliers and internal operations to follow up on deliveries, manage issues, and contribute to a safe and well-functioning work environment!

Information about the position

Professionals Nord is seeking a Facility Management Supervisor for a project with one of our clients in the technical industry. The assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant throughout the project period. The client requires security clearance, which means a background check will be conducted before starting. Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for following up on deliveries and ensuring that FM services are delivered according to agreements. Your tasks will include, among others:

• Following up on deliveries from service providers in areas such as cleaning and office services
• Managing and following up on error reports and issues
• Conducting operational meetings and working on delivery quality follow-up
• Identifying and addressing deviations in delivery
• Participating in improvement work related to operational support services
• Managing invoices and cost follow-up
• Working in various systems for issue and work order management
• Ensuring that workplace requirements and procedures are followed

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in Facility Management (soft/hard)
• Has experience in following up on suppliers and service deliveries
• Has a high school diploma, preferably supplemented with education in Facility Management or a similar field
• Has good system skills and is comfortable with administrative tasks
• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English
• Has a B driver's license

We consider it an advantage if you have worked with improvement work related to workplace or office services. If you have also worked in a larger organization or industrial operations, this is also a significant plus. As a person, you are structured, communicative, and service-oriented. You have good collaboration skills and thrive in a role with many contact points. Since you are responsible for following up and driving delivery from external suppliers, we also see that you have a clear and confident way of leading, setting requirements, and creating good collaborations. You work proactively and have an eye for quality and improvements.

START: Immediately, preferably from April 1
